What This Site Is

This is a private reference site about Routt County, Colorado release-record paths and custody-status resources. It does not store official jail rosters, booking files, court files, CDOC records, VINE records, BOP records, or ICE records.

The site points visitors toward official offices and public-information tools, including sheriff records, the Routt County Detention Center, Colorado court resources, CDOC offender search, VINE/VINELink, and federal or immigration locators. It cannot confirm custody status, release a person, post bond, file court documents, or change an official record.

Rules for Use

• Do not use this site in a way that violates any law.
• Do not use information found here to stalk, harass, threaten, shame, or endanger another person.
• Do not use site content or linked results for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or other FCRA-covered decisions.
• Do not try to gain unauthorized access to the site, server, search partners, or connected systems.
• Do not run bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated collection tools against the site.
• Do not disrupt, overload, or interfere with the site for other visitors.

Not a Reporting Agency

Routt County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide background checks, credit reports, consumer reports, eligibility reports, or screening services. You agree not to use information from this site or any linked third-party tool for FCRA-covered purposes.

• Employment, promotion, discipline, or termination decisions.
• Tenant screening, housing eligibility, or rental decisions.
• Creditworthiness, lending, insurance pricing, or policy decisions.
• Licensing, permits, benefits, or government-program eligibility.
• Any other use regulated by the FCRA or similar screening law.

Outside Links

This site links to release records, sheriff and corrections sites, court resources, VINE/VINELink, federal locators, immigration resources, legal information, and outside search services. Those sites are not controlled by Routt County Released Inmates. Their content, availability, fees, terms, and data practices are their own responsibility.

No Warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee any of the following:

• That information is accurate, complete, current, or fit for your purpose.
• That site access will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• That the site, code, servers, or partner tools are free of bugs or security flaws.

Custody status, release dates, court entries, and public-record availability can change quickly. Nothing on this site is an official statement from the Routt County Sheriff's Office, the jail, CDOC, VINE, a court, BOP, ICE, or any government agency.
